Camera Ready Instructions

Preparation of the Camera-Ready Paper

The camera-ready version of the accepted papers has to be prepared following the instructions that have been published on the SIMUTools website.

Some minor differences has to be considered:

  • Paper length: maximum of 8 pages.
  • The Copyright Block (Permission Block) has to be slightly modified. The correct line is: “DISIO 2010 March 15, Torremolinos, Malaga, Spain.” instead of “SIMUTools 2010 March 15–19, Torremolinos, Malaga, Spain.”

The correct version of the Copyright Block is:

Permission to make digital or hard copies of all or part of this work for
personal or classroom use is granted without fee provided that copies are
not made or distributed for profit or commercial advantage and that copies
bear this notice and the full citation on the first page. To copy otherwise, to
republish, to post on servers or to redistribute to lists, requires prior specific
permission and/or a fee.

Please note that the deadline for submitting the camera-ready version is <fc #ff0000>23:59:59 EST 1 Feb 2010</fc>.

Uploading Camera-Ready Papers

After preparing the camera ready version, the paper has to be uploaded into the ICST Assyst online submission system. Detailed information can be found in the bottom of this page.

Registration and VISA

The registration is mandatory to upload the camera ready version of papers, more information about the registration process and how to obtain the invitation letter for requesting a VISA can be found in this page. Registration fees and related information can be found following the secure merchant site link.
