 ===== Submission Guidelines ===== ===== Submission Guidelines =====

-<fc #ff0000>Work in progress..</fc>+==== Prepare your paper ====
 +
 +    * Papers must be written in English and should **not exceed 8 pages**
 +    * The papers should be formatted according to the [[http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates|ACM conference proceedings format]].
 +    * Please choose the ACM SIG Proceedings Template which includes the ACM copyright and document/conference identification at the bottom of the left column. This box must remain in this location on your paper.
 +    * Please note that the camera-ready version will conform to the same guidelines as the submission for review.
 +    * Submitted papers must have not been submitted for review or published (partially or completely) elsewhere. Each paper will be peer reviewed, although some early rejected papers may not receive full-length reviews. Normal papers will receive at least three reviews. Papers are accepted based on originality, quality and correctness.
 +    * The papers that are accepted and presented at the conference will appear in CD-ROM proceedings (with ISBN), in the **ACM Digital Library**, and in EU-DL.
 +    * **At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present work at the conference**.
 +
 +====  Upload the paper in EasyChair ====
 +
 +    * The DISIO workshop will use the EasyChair system. Authors must upload their PDFs directly using [[http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=disio2010|this link]] or selecting the disio2010 conference in the EasyChair system.
 +
 +==== Register for the Conference ====
 +
 +    * Accepted papers must be presented at the workshop, so at least one author must register. When the registration is completed, the author will receive a code which will be needed for uploading the camera ready materials.
 +
 +==== Final Paper Submission ====
 +
 +    * Camera ready materials will be uploaded to a proceedings preparation system that may be different from the submission system. More details on this will follow in due time. Authors should expect to interact with the proceedings editor after camera ready submission to address any issues related to formatting. These interactions will require fast turnaround so that the deadline for proceedings preparation can be met.
